DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact customer service at 630-582-4438 within 3 business days of receipt of a damaged package. You MUST retain ALL original packaging for claim filing purposes.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
WE DO NOT SUGGEST SHIPPING YOUR GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL. Many times patients are released before the gift arrives and there are extra shipping costs involved which you will be responsible for if the gift has to be rerouted. Many hospitals will not forward the gift to the patient and they require that someone in the family pick up the gift at the hospital. If you still wish to send a gift to a patient in the hospital, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GIFT AND WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT IF A GIFT IS NOT RECEIVED.

For local hospital deliveries in Cook and DuPage counties of Illinois we can do hand deliveries. However, you MUST be certain the patient will still be in the hospital. Again, we cannot be responsible if a patient is released. Your gift may have to be redelivered to a patients house with an added delivery charge.

HOTEL DELIVERIES
Hotel deliveries are NOT recommended. Too many times the recipient does not receive their gift. It gets lost at the hotel receiving dock. If you choose to ship an item to a hotel NO REFUNDS will be given if the recipient does not receive their gift.

DELIVERY OF CHCOLATE DURING SUMMER MONTHS OUTSIDE OF OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA:
Most of our bouquets contain chocolate and during the summer months are susceptible to heat damage. We therefore cannot ship certain chocolates via UPS during the summer months. We will substitute other candies like M&M, Payday Bars, Skittles and other heat safe candies in place of our standard chocolate bar arrangements.

DELIVERY OF CHOCOLATE WITHIN OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA:
Within our local Chicagoland delivery area (mostly Cook and DuPage counties) we can ship chocolate via our local delivery service. However, someone MUST be home to receive package. Please call us at 630-582-4438 for local delivery towns.

SHIPPING
We will make every effort to have your package arrive on your specified day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date unless you choose a UPS air shipment option such as Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. Rural areas may require additional time. Please also be aware when placing an order to ship via air that Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as shipping days. (i.e. If your order is placed on Friday after 2PM CST and you choose next day air your package will not ship until Monday and not arrive until Tuesday.

Most orders placed before 2PM CENTRAL time SHIP same business day. This is standard operating procedure, not a guarantee. Please allow extra time during busy holiday seasons.

ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGES It is the sole responsibility of the person placing the order to give us a correct shipping address. You will be responsible for any added costs incurred for entry of an incorrect shipping address. NO REUNDS will be given if we are given an incorrect delivery address.

Please use extra care in entering the “ship to” address. Incorrect addresses result in added charges by our local delivery service and UPS. These charges will be passed on to the customer if we are given an incorrect delivery address.

We cannot be responsible for deliveries for which we are given a wrong address or zip code. You will be billed for the full amount of your order if your package is undeliverable due to address error.

In rare instances, some items may have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or weight.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

UPS will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.

Deliveries can be made only within the continental United States. We DO NOT DELIVER to APO boxes, FPO Boxes or P.O. Boxes.

We deliver locally (mostly, Cook and DuPage Counties in Illinois) Monday through Friday. Orders being hand delivered within our local delivery area will usually arrive 1 day after the order is placed. We will make every effort to have your pacakge arrive on time, however, we cannot guarentee a specific delivery date. Please call us at 630-582-4438 for more accurate information.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERIES
In some instances we may be able to do a Saturday delivery. Please call us at 630-582-4438 for confirmation of a Saturday delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays.

SPECIFIED DELIVERY TIMES
We are sorry, but we cannot guarantee a specific time a package will arrive. Delivery times are determined by our delivery service and UPS and are out of our control.
