Once an order is placed, we collect your email address for the purpose of processing your order and to send occasional promotional emails directly from us. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time if you do not wish to receive special promotions and we will remove you from our mailing list. We will not sell your information to any other party. Our customer's privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we treat your information with the highest regard to insure your privacy. We do not believe in spamming and again, if you do not wish to receive any emails from us, you may unsubscribe from an email that is sent at anytime.


We will not sell your phone number to any other party. We ask for your home phone, business phone or cell phone for the sole purpose of contacting you with any questions that may arise while processing your order. We ask for the phone number of the recipient only for delivery purposes.

ALL Candy Bouquets and some Gift Baskets originate in Illinois. Other Gift Baskets are shipped from Colorado. When placing your order please take note where your gift is shipping from to best determine your gifts estimated arrival date.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact customer service at 1-800-582-8302 within 3 business days of receipt of a damaged package. You MUST retain ALL original packaging for claim filing purposes.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
WE DO NOT SUGGEST SHIPPING YOUR GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL. Many times patients are released before the gift arrives and there are extra shipping costs involved which you will be responsible for if the gift has to be rerouted. Many hospitals will not forward the gift to the patient and they require that someone in the family pick up the gift at the hospital. If you still wish to send a gift to a patient in the hospital, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GIFT AND WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT IF A GIFT IS NOT RECEIVED.

For local hospital deliveries in Cook and DuPage counties of Illinois we can do hand deliveries. However, you MUST be certain the patient will still be in the hospital. Again, we cannot be responsible if a patient is released. Your gift may have to be redelivered to a patients house with an added delivery charge.

DELIVERY OF CHCOLATE DURING SUMMER MONTHS OUTSIDE OF OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA:
Most of our bouquets contain chocolate and during the summer months are susceptible to heat damage. We therefore cannot ship certain chocolates via UPS during the summer months. We will substitute other candies like M&M, Payday Bars, Skittles and other heat safe candies in place of our standard chocolate bar arrangements.

DELIVERY OF CHOCOLATE WITHIN OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA:
Within our local Chicagoland delivery area (mostly Cook and DuPage counties) we can ship chocolate via our local delivery service. Please call our store at 1-800-582-8302 for local delivery towns.

SHIPPING
We will make every effort to have your package arrive on your specified day. However due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date unless you choose a UPS air shipment option such as Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. Rural areas may require additional time.Please also be aware when placing an order to ship via air that Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as shipping days. (i.e. If your order is placed on Friday after our UPS pick up and you choose next day air. Your package will not ship until Monday and not arrive until Tuesday.

Most orders placed before 3PM EASTERN time ship same business day. This is standard operating procedure, not a guarantee. Please allow extra time during busy holiday seasons.

Please use extra care in entering the “ship to” address. Incorrect addresses result in added charges by our local delivery service and UPS. These charges will be passed on to the customer if we are given an incorrect delivery address.

We cannot be responsible for deliveries for which we are given a wrong address or zip code. You will be billed for the full amount of your order if your package is undeliverable due to address error.

In rare instances, some items may have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or weight.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
